Northwest MedStar flight teams consist of a pilot(s), Registered Flight Nurse, and a Registered Flight Respiratory Therapist. We also have specialized teams trained in pediatrics and neonatal care.  Flights are dispatched and monitored by Certified Communications Specialists from our Spokane base.
