Northwest MedStar’s primary service area covers eastern Washington, northern Idaho, western Montana and eastern Oregon. Northwest MedStar also provides patient transport to Seattle and other facilities throughout the United States and parts of Canada.

We operate out of bases in Spokane and Central Washington. When weather or other conditions prohibit flight, our medical team can provide critical care transport via ground ambulance as well.
